The Readership Hostile is a culmination of all that came before it, born from the ruins of previous creations. All members, accomplished in their own pasts, were brought together by design and by chance. The band is not the vision of a single member or of all of the members. The vision became what it is when all of the pieces were in place. The nucleus of Tony Havoc (Scarlet's Remains), Darlin' Grave (All Gone Dead) and Benn Ra (Hatesex) formed in late 2008 with Adrienne Pearson (Radio Vago, Shoot Out The Lights) joining shortly thereafter. Immediately, they all recognized they were on to something... The Readership Hostile became real when they debuted at the legendary Release The Bats club in Long Beach, CA in February 2009. It was as AWESOME as I expected it to be. Christian Bale was great (he is my favourite Batman so far, in fact he is THE BATMAN) so was Heath Ledger as the Joker (I even prefer him over Jack Nicholson.<br /><br />Tony, his friend Dave, Benn Ra and I went to Universal City Walk after having some Thai food, the place was packed but not as packed as we expected. We got tickets for the 11.30pm session, got there a bit early and did a bit of shopping before venturing to the Imax. Unfortunately we didn't get the best seats ever but still we got a decent spot. I wouldn't mind going back to the cinema to watch it again.<br /><br />Overall a very enjoyable night, got back home at 2.30pm and went straight to bed. I'm at work right now, blegh! Marzia and I alongside Rasmus, Rossen and Pam ventured our way to Sunset Blvd to be assholes and be part of the zombie walk. It was fun. We dressed up like idiots and we really had a laugh. I had never been to any of the zombie walks when I was in London, but this shows what boredom can really do. Yet in a dimly lit lockout rehearsal room in downtown Los Angeles, 5 people from across the globe managed to bash their heads together so much that a band was formed.<br /><br />Drummer <b>Tony Havoc</b> (Scarlet’s Remains) had a bitter pill to swallow when S.R. hit the wall. Bass player <b>Darlin’ Grave</b> (All Gone Dead) had the exact same fate over 6,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean and had come together with former S.R. and A.G.D. members <b>Marzia Rangel</b> (also of the Deadfly Ensemble) and <b>Steven James</b> (also of Chaos U.K.) in an attempt to produce the most exciting record any of them had ever made.<br /><br />With an incredible stroke of luck, Steven met <b>Lauren</b> at his place of work where she declared to be a bandless vocalist.
